Service description

360Shield provides website security scanning, monitoring, and automated threat response services. We scan externally visible aspects of your web properties and, with the optional Guard agent, monitor internal traffic patterns.

Our responsibility

360Shield detects, reports, and alerts. Guard provides emergency automated response (IP blocking, rate limiting, maintenance mode). We do not fix vulnerabilities, close ports, add headers, or modify your code. Remediation is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You may only scan domains you own or have explicit authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party domains is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Free tier availability is best-effort. Guard agent failures do not affect your core application — Guard is designed to fail safely.
